1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. 2. Eligibility

To use EE9 Sports, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
  • Be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law.
  • Not be a person who has self-excluded from gambling services.

  • Not use the platform on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.

3. Account Registration

You may only hold one account with EE9 Sports. Multiple accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that we believe are being used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

EE9 Sports supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players:

  • E-wallets: Touch 'n Go, Boost, DuitNow
  • Bank transfers: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other major Malaysian banks
  • Cryptocurrency: USDT (Tether)

Deposit and withdrawal terms:

  • Minimum deposit: RM 30
  • Minimum withdrawal: RM 50
  • Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes for e-wallets and up to 24 hours for bank transfers.
  • You must use the same payment method for withdrawals as you used for deposits, where possible.
  • We may require identity verification before processing withdrawals to comply with AML regulations.
  • EE9 reserves the right to charge processing fees for certain payment methods.

5. Betting Rules

By placing a bet on EE9 Sports, you agree to the following:

  • All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation apply.
  • EE9 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors, system malfunctions, or suspected manipulation.
  • Maximum bet limits and payout limits vary by sport, event, and market. These limits are displayed on the platform.
  • In the event of a cancelled, postponed, or abandoned event, bets may be voided and stakes returned unless the outcome has already been determined.
  • Cash-out options, where available, are offered at EE9's discretion and may be suspended or adjusted at any time.

6. Bonus Terms

EE9 Sports offers promotional bonuses subject to the following general terms:

  • Welcome Bonus: New players receive a 100% deposit match bonus up to RM300 on their first deposit.
  • Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds must be wagered 8 times (8x) the bonus amount before withdrawal.
  • Bonus funds expire 30 days after being credited if wagering requirements are not met.
  • Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, or device.
  • EE9 reserves the right to revoke bonuses if abuse, fraud, or multiple account use is detected.
  • Specific promotions may have additional terms. Please read the terms of each promotion carefully before participating.
  • Minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) or higher apply for bonus wagering on sports bets.

7. Responsible Gambling

EE9 Sports is committed to responsible gambling. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. We reserve the right to close or restrict accounts if we believe a player is experiencing gambling-related harm.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without prior written consent from EE9 Sports.

9. Limitation of Liability

EE9 Sports provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. EE9 Sports shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to losses from bets placed, system downtime, data loss, or unauthorised account access. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, unless otherwise agreed by both parties. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for any legal proceedings related to these Terms.
